Game Jackal!!

The Game Jackal interface

The Game Jackal interface consists of four different sections. Each section can be expanded or collapsed as needed.



My Game Profiles

Each of your games is referred to in Game Jackal as a "profile". This section lists all the profiles you have created for each of your games. Playing your games is as simple as clicking on the game within this section.
Purchasing Game Jackal

To purchase Game Jackal, simply click here to be taken to the Game Jackal ordering page. Once you have purchased Game Jackal, you will receive a confirmation email containing a download link to the Game Jackal full installer. After receiving the email:

1) Download the Game Jackal full version.

2) Unzip the installer (game_jackal_full.zip).

3) Execute the license installer and enter the required information (this will be contained in the confirmation email)

Archived Profile

The archive section provides an area to store profiles that are no longer (or not often) used. To move profiles into the achieve section simply right-click the profile and select “Move to Archive Profiles”, alternative profiles can be move from this section back to the “My Game Profile” section by simply right-clicking and selecting “Move to My Game Profiles”.



Tools

The tools section lists a number of options that allow you to create new profiles and manage existing profiles.

· Deactivate profile: Deactivates the currently active profile. Click this when you have finished playing the current game to close the game profile in Game Jackal. This option is also available by right clicking the Game Jackal tray icon.

· Create, edit and remove a profile: Allows you to manage your Game Jackal profiles. Click here for additional details on how to create, edit and remove your Game Jackal profiles.

· View profile key: Allows you to view your Game Jackal profile key, click here for additional information on your profile key.

· Update Game Jackal: Connects to the Game Jackal server and checks for any updates that may be available. If new components are found they are downloaded and applied to bring your copy of Game Jackal up to the latest version.

The settings section contains the following Game Jackal setting options.

· General settings: Configure the Game Jackal settings within this section. Click here for details on the available settings.

· Profile management: Displays a tabbed view of the create, edit and remove profiles options.

Provides you with access to the Game Jackal context sensitive help.
