The New Blog On The Street...Webtalks!!

Harshyt Goel - Wednesday, September 5, 2007 -

Ah!..Webtalks!..the upcoming and continuosly rising star in the blogosphere..and incidentally, the blog that actually convinced us to start Blogway in the first place..

so lets start of with the review..www.webtalks.blogspot.com...owned by Ashwini Khare...is a very calming and soothing blog. Choosing a tempramental grey as the theme..the webtalks head banner is sofisiticatedly simple(lol). The name "Webtalks"(as in the pic) on the left, with an inovative search option in the centre. and then the usual options fer subscribing to the feeds, all integrated into a pleasing grey solid backgroud.one feature to notice is that all the matter on the blog is strictly organised with nothing gettin "in" the way of anything else. Then starts the world of "blogging,Web 2.0, Online Money Making..." as the blog likes to say.Updated almost daily, which is a very desired feature in a blog, the blog offers various insights to online blogging and money making.Another plus for the blog is that the adverts are almost undetectable(very handy for the author) and that they never get in the way. Then theres the Blog Community(courtesy MyBlogLog.com) with a respectable amount of people already joined.Navigation through the blog is extremely simple with a very handy "top posts" column. Also the blog is enjoying increasing traffic almost daily and a growing rank on both Technorita(just broke into the top 900) and Alexa. The blog gives the option to advertise on it, though for outrageously high rates(c'mon 35$ for a small square thingy),which poses as a major setback.Though the blog has now started providing monthly Updates on the Blog Statistics, with the first released this month. There's an option to get reviewed by them(Who needs Them..Blogway is the "Ultimate BLog Critic" Afterall).and also an option to donate to the author, though payments are only through Paypal and some users may feel disheartened at the minimal options.Still the Blog is a very handy one with continuos updates of the blogosphere, new templates, Orkut, BLogger etc...etc..
A Definitve "Must See"..
See ya there...Until next time...
